Dear Friends,
Thank you for your generous support of our End Early Child Marriage in Rural Uganda project. Your contributions continue to bring hope and opportunity to girls who face significant barriers to education and personal development.
Throughout this reporting period, project activities focused on empowering girls through education, mentorship, and community engagement. Girls participated in life-skills training sessions that strengthened their confidence, decision-making abilities, and leadership potential.
Community outreach efforts encouraged parents and caregivers to support girls' education and delay marriage. These discussions highlighted the benefits of investing in children's futures and the important role families play in protecting vulnerable girls.
Many parents demonstrated increased awareness of the challenges associated with child marriage and expressed stronger commitment to keeping their daughters in school. Such positive changes are helping create more supportive home environments.
Schools remain important partners in our work. Teachers continue to identify students who may be at risk and provide encouragement that helps them remain engaged in learning. Reports from schools indicate improvements in attendance and participation among girls involved in the project.
Community leaders have also strengthened advocacy efforts that promote child protection and girls' rights. Their leadership is helping build safer communities where young people can pursue their dreams.
Hope grows when girls are given opportunities to learn, lead, and succeed. Your support continues to make these opportunities possible.
Thank you for helping us create a future filled with hope and possibility.
