A girl's future should be determined by her dreams, abilities, and opportunities, not by poverty or the pressure to enter marriage before adulthood.
The Girl Child Foundation Uganda continues working toward a future where every girl in rural Uganda can enjoy her childhood, access education, and develop the confidence to pursue her ambitions.
Early child marriage can interrupt education, restrict personal development, and expose girls to serious health, social, and economic challenges.
We believe that preventing this practice requires sustained investment in girls, stronger family support systems, and communities that recognise the value of protecting childhood.
Our vision extends beyond preventing early marriages. We want girls to become educated, confident, independent, and active contributors to national development.
Every donation brings us closer to this vision. Stand with GIFU in protecting girls today and creating opportunities for generations to come.
