End Poverty and Empower Women Through Education

In Lupita's life, economic obstacles seemed to stand in the way of her academic and professional success. Before becoming a part of the Gibson Soto Foundation, she struggled to continue her piano studies, working and sacrificing to pay for her private lessons and a digital piano. Her nutrition was meager, and uncertainty about her academic future weighed heavily on her.

However, everything changed when Lupita joined the Gibson Soto Foundation in 2019.  Here, she found a supportive haven and opportunities that completely transformed her life.  She was able to continue her career at a University specializing in classical music, providing her with the necessary tools for her development.  The Gibson Soto Foundation provided her with an upright piano for practice and improved her nutrition, ensuring she received nutritious meals three times a day.

But the impact of the Gibson Soto Foundation extended beyond academics.  Lupita also participated in courses on personal development, therapy, and English classes, among other activities.  These experiences strengthened her emotional and psychological well-being, allowing her to know herself better and develop new skills.  Moreover, she found a sense of security and self-confidence, learning to understand and empathize with others.

Now, with her Bachelor´s in Music degree in hand, Lupita envisions a promising future full of possibilities.  She dreams of living a dignified life, being independent, and providing financial support to her family.  She aims to be an emotional support for them and for others in her community. Lupita sees herself performing concerts nationwide, promoting culture, and supporting charitable causes.  Additionally, she aspires to become a music educator, providing quality education regardless of her students' social status.

With an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Lupita plans to continue learning and preparing herself with further studies or even a master's degree in areas related to her field.  Mastering the English language is part of her goals to open new job opportunities and avenues for growth.  And, of course, Lupita values the friendships and support networks she has built along her journey with the Gibson Soto Foundation, knowing they will continue to grow and contribute to her ongoing success.
