Volunteers planting trees at our facility La Cima
Good morning. We are delighted to share the progress in our institution and the education and personal development of the students at the Gibson Soto Foundation. Their achievements and growth are a source of pride and reflect the positive impact of our collaborative efforts.
Volunteer program
We are infinitely grateful to the 50 volunteers from the company IMI Precision Engineering Norgren who planted 29 trees at our facilities in Mexico La Cima IAP to help create a better future Trees are essential for the environment and to improve our climate. They provide us with oxygen, reduce CO2, improve air quality, and create habitats for wildlife.

Soft Skills Workshop
Our students participated in the first series of workshops dedicated to soft skills. Soft skills are non-technical aptitudes fundamental for success in any field, encompassing how we interact with colleagues, solve problems, and manage our work. During the workshop, they learned the importance of these skills and how they can enhance their personal, professional, and leadership profiles in various contexts. Some of the soft skills they explored include:
Adaptability
Communication
Creative thinking
Reliability
Work ethic
Teamwork
Positivity
Time management
Motivation
Problem-solving
Critical thinking
Conflict resolution
We are excited to see how these new tools will enrich their development and contribute to their future success. Thank you to everyone who makes these workshops possible and supports our commitment to comprehensive education!

Civil Protection Workshop
This month, our students participated in a Civil Protection workshop. They learned and practiced what to do in case of a fire, how to evacuate the premises safely, and how to care for themselves and others in emergencies. ‍
Training in civil protection is essential for everyone's safety and well-being. Knowing how to act in emergencies can save lives and empower our students, giving them the tools they need to face any situation with confidence and responsibility. We are committed to providing them with a safe environment and educating them to be leaders in their communities. We thank the instructors for their dedication and our students for their enthusiasm and commitment. Together, we build a safer and more prepared future!

Thank you for your ongoing support and belief in the mission of the Gibson Soto Foundation. We are advancing, changing lives through education and human development!
