Welcome Yuridia

Our new student Yuridia
Our new student Yuridia

Welcome to our news report.

Welcoming a new student.
We are excited to warmly welcome our new student, Yuridia.
Yuridia comes from a small rural community in the municipality of Tolimán, Querétaro. Her mother is a housewife, and her father is a bricklayer. Yuridia is the first person in her family to pursue a university education.

Yuridia is studying Nanotechnology Engineering at UTEQ, and her vision for the future deeply inspires us. Yuridia dreams of supporting more low-income students so that, like her, they can attend university. Additionally, she aims to return to her community to improve waste management and create spaces for recreation, such as sports fields.
Yuridia, we are excited to have you with us and to support you on this journey. We believe your future will be bright and that you will succeed. Welcome!

“Connect with the Power of Your Voice” Workshop

Our students embarked on a transformative journey to “Connect with the Power of Their Voice” as an essential part of our Human Development Program. They participated in a workshop designed not just for public speaking, but for personal growth.

During this workshop, they explored the importance of their personal histories and roots. They learned techniques for creating impactful speeches, practiced improvisation, and received tools to manage stage fright. This workshop provided them with essential skills for both their professional and academic lives, while also empowering them to recognize and utilize their unique voice as a tool for leadership and self-expression. Through dynamic exercises, practice, and reflection, we aimed to help each student discover the strength in their words and build the confidence to share them.

We firmly believe that finding and trusting their own voice is a fundamental step toward becoming the fulfilled women and agents of change they are destined to be. We are incredibly proud to witness their growth and the discovery of their inner strength!

Thank you for being the driving force behind this change. We are thrilled and grateful to share the impact of your commitment with you.

With gratitude,

Patricia Soto.
