It’s a new school year in Sierra Leone and YOUR support is making computer training happen for 76 new amazing girls at the FAWE School.
Over the past 2 years, we have together supported this amazing project. The FAWE school pupils have benefited immensely from the computer lab. Over one hundred and twenty children so far have gone through this computer school. In this academic year, seventy-six pupils are receiving basic computer training. They have been divided into five groups (A-E), with classes taking place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. In the past week, the children learned about the basic input and output devices of the computer.
We all fully realize the importance of computer training in today's computer-driven society. Thanks to YOU they are receiving this essential computer training - preparing them for success!
The children love it when it is time for computer class!
They extend their grateful thanks to you for this wonderful provision. Thank you so much for helping to make this vital training possible.
You can see a thank you video from one of the girls - Mariama - here.
We count on your continual support to cover on-going operating costs such as generator fuel, instructor compensation etc. Your best donation is needed and deeply appreciated - as it help us continue to provide this essential training free to the girls and without any burden to the school. Thanks so much for your support!
