Building on this foundation, I would like to share an important initiative that represents the next phase of our work. We are launching a campaign to establish income-generating businesses for the caregivers of the children in our programs. These individuals demonstrate remarkable dedication to the children in their care, yet many lack access to sustainable economic opportunities.

This initiative serves multiple objectives. First, an economically empowered caregiver reduces long-term dependency on organizational resources, allowing us to allocate more support to direct services for children. Second, these businesses will create informal learning environments where children can observe and develop foundational business skills—financial management, customer relations, and entrepreneurial thinking. Third, we will provide caregivers with training and ongoing mentorship to ensure they have the knowledge and support necessary to succeed.

By investing in caregivers, we create a multiplier effect that benefits both the current generation of children and the stability of their home environments. This approach aligns with our commitment to sustainable, capacity-building solutions rather than temporary interventions.
