Executive Summary
This report outlines an urgent operational crisis and presents a strategic solution. Due to a significant increase in the number of abandoned children and those living in destitute conditions—with girls facing disproportionate risks—we are proposing the construction of a dedicated residential center. This document serves as a formal call for partnership to secure the funding required to bring this critical infrastructure to fruition.
Situation Analysis: The Plight of Vulnerable Girls
Recent community assessments indicate a sharp rise in the rate of child abandonment. Girls, in particular, are bearing the brunt of this crisis, facing extreme vulnerability to exploitation and trauma. The current infrastructure is insufficient to provide the long-term, specialized care these survivors require, leaving a critical gap in the protection framework.
Proposed Intervention: The Girls’ Residential Center
To address this gap, we are advancing plans to construct a purpose-built Center Home. As previously outlined in our strategic roadmap, this facility will serve as a safe haven, providing:
· Secure Accommodations: A protected living environment.
· Holistic Support: Access to education, psychosocial counseling, and healthcare.
· Rehabilitation: Programs designed to restore dignity and foster self-reliance.
Funding Requirement and Call to Action
The construction of this center is the most critical component of our upcoming operational plan. While the need is immediate, our capacity to respond depends entirely on available capital. We formally request your continued partnership to provide the necessary funding for this project. Your support will directly enable the construction of a sanctuary that will shield the most vulnerable and empower them to build a future of hope and stability.
