Our Dearest Friend and Supporter,

As the crescent moon signals the end of Ramadan, our hearts turn to gratitude. And this Eid, our gratitude is overwhelmingly for you.

In the spirit of this holy day—a day of charity, family, and forgiveness—we want to share a story that lives in our halls. It is the story of a little girl. A child whose world began not with welcoming arms, but with silence and abandonment. She was left behind. Rejected before she could even speak, she arrived at our doorstep carrying a weight no child should bear. In her eyes was not the innocence of youth, but the deep, haunting shadow of being unwanted.

Then, because of you, something miraculous happened. Your unwavering support became the hands that held her. Your compassion became the voice that told her, "You matter." You provided the safe shelter, the warm meals, and the chance to simply be a child again.

Today, that same little girl is learning to read. She is learning to laugh. She is learning that she is not defined by the rejection of her past, but by the boundless potential of her future. You didn't just donate; you looked into the eyes of a forgotten child and said, "I see you."

This Eid, as families gather, you have given her a family. You have given her hope.
