Dear Donors,
F ssibu Mission Foundation respectfully presents the impact of our debate initiative, which equips girls with critical thinking, public speaking, and advocacy skills. Your generous support directly enables this work.
Impact Within Schools
Participating girls demonstrate increased classroom participation and academic confidence. Teachers report that these students now construct evidence-based arguments, question unfair practices respectfully, and volunteer for leadership roles. One participant successfully advocated for her own selection to represent her school at a regional academic competition.
Impact Within Homes
Parents and guardians observe notable changes in communication skills. Girls articulate their viewpoints during family decisions, negotiate responsibilities calmly, and resist harmful practices such as early marriage using reasoned arguments. One parent stated, "My daughter now speaks clearly and stands her ground without fear."
Impact Within the Community
Girls have begun facilitating peer education sessions for younger children and presenting at local gatherings on issues including education access and child protection. Community leaders have responded positively, with some adjusting local meeting structures to include youth voices.
Impact Among Peers
The initiative fosters mutual support. Girls regularly practice debate structures together, encourage the most reserved members to speak, and celebrate collective progress. Isolation has measurably decreased while peer solidarity has increased.
Your Role
Donor contributions fund training materials, meeting space rental, transportation to debate events, and stipends for female mentors. This is not an extracurricular activity—it is a structured intervention for girls' leadership development.
Sibiu Mission Foundation extends its deepest gratitude for your partnership. For further impact data or site visit requests, please contact us directly.
Respectfully submitted,
F ssibu Mission Mission Foundation
