Dear Valued Donor,
Tomorrow, your support will enable us to stand with a teenage mother who has been cast out for becoming pregnant at 16. Her name is T.M. She and her 4-month-old infant currently sleep on a bare floor in a leaking shack.
Because of your generosity, here is exactly what we will do tomorrow:
First, we will arrive not as strangers but as family. Our team will provide an emergency care package: infant formula, sanitary pads, blankets, and a two-week food supply. Second, we will escort her to a health clinic for her baby’s delayed immunizations and her own postnatal checkup—visits she could not afford alone.
But we go beyond relief. We will sit with her. We will listen without judgment. We will share a meal, restoring her sense of belonging. Finally, our social worker will begin mediation with her estranged family to negotiate a safe return home.
Your donation does not fund pity. It funds presence, dignity, and a pathway back to education through our “Second Chance” skills program.
Tomorrow, because you stood with us, a frightened child-mother will discover she is not forgotten. We will report back with her progress.
With deepest gratitude,
F SSIBU Mission Foundation
