Dear Donors,
Your generous support of Keep Her in School has driven meaningful progress over the past six months. Thanks to you, 142 girls who were on the verge of dropping out have remained in classrooms across our partner communities.
Without intervention, these girls faced early marriage, domestic labor, or simply lacked school fees and sanitary supplies. Your funding provided targeted scholarships, hygiene kits, academic support, and family counseling. As a result, 96% of enrolled participants have maintained regular attendance, compared to a regional baseline of 68%.
One powerful example is Esther, age 12. After her father's death, she was withdrawn to work in a local market. With your help, we arranged a small stipend and re-enrolled her. Esther now attends school daily and ranks among the top five in her class.
We also trained 18 local mentors who now identify at-risk girls and intervene early.
Challenges remain, including deep-seated cultural norms. However, with your continued partnership, we can reach the 60 additional girls still waiting for support.
Thank you for keeping her in school.
Sincerely,
F SSIBU MISSION FOUNDATION
