Thanks to your generous support, we successfully distributed books to 150 children in Kirimwa today! The outreach was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the excitement was palpable. Children who had walked miles gathered eagerly, their eyes lighting up at the sight of storybooks, textbooks, and educational activity books.
For many of these young learners, owning a new book is a rare treasure. In Kirimwa, families struggle to afford basic school supplies, and libraries are distant dreams. Today, each child held their very own book—something to call theirs, to practice reading with, and to share with siblings. We saw shy smiles turn into confident grins as kids flipped through colorful pages, sounding out new words, and even forming small reading circles right there in the dusty field.
Beyond the books, we witnessed hope being planted. One child whispered, “Now I can study at home like others.” Moments like these remind us why literacy matters—it’s not just about words on a page; it’s about opportunity, dignity, and a brighter future.
None of this would have been possible without your kindness. Whether you donated funds, shared our mission, or simply believed in us, you made today real for 150 deserving children. From the Kirimwa community to our entire team: thank you. Let’s keep turning pages and transforming lives—one child, one book, one village at a time.
