Dear Donor,
When we arrived with 150 pairs of new shoes, the atmosphere transformed instantly. Children who had been walking barefoot on rough paths or wearing torn sandals suddenly lit up with disbelief and delight.
As each child received their own pair—perfectly sized and brightly colored—their smiles said everything words cannot. Ten-year-old Grace clutched her new sneakers to her chest before slipping them on and running across the yard just to feel the difference. “They fit!” she shouted, laughing. Another boy whispered, “Now I can run to school without my feet hurting.”
Teachers watched as the children lined up to show each other their shoes, comparing colors and lacing techniques. For many, this was the first pair they had ever owned that wasn’t hand-me-down or broken.
Thanks to you, these children now walk with dignity, comfort, and joy. You didn’t just give shoes—you gave confidence, health, and the simple happiness of being able to play and learn without pain.
