Dear Donors,
We are proud to present the progress update for The HerSchool Initiative, a foundational component of our Keep Her In School program. Your generous investment continues to break down the systemic barriers that restrict young women from completing their secondary education.
This quarter, the initiative expanded its reach by providing targeted academic scholarships, daily transport subsidies, and essential learning technologies to 200 high-risk female students. By directly mitigating financial burdens and unsafe commutes, we have successfully maintained a 96% enrollment and retention rate within our active student cohort.
In tandem with financial relief, we established after-school leadership clubs and peer-to-peer tutoring networks. These interventions have significantly boosted academic performance, particularly in core STEM subjects, while building vital self-advocacy skills.
Your continued partnership ensures that these young scholars are not only staying in the classroom but are actively equipping themselves to become future leaders. Thank you for your unwavering dedication to transforming communities by keeping her in school.
Sincerely,
F SSIBU MISSION FOUNDATION
