Dear Donors,
We are pleased to present the latest progress report for Educate. Empower. Retain., a strategic initiative operating under the Keep Her In School framework. Your vital support enables us to implement a holistic three-pillar approach designed to safeguard a girl's right to complete her education.
This quarter, the Educate pillar successfully deployed remedial tutoring to 150 girls, bridging critical learning gaps. Under the Empower pillar, we hosted life-skills workshops and mentorship sessions that equipped participants with confidence and self-advocacy tools. Finally, our Retain efforts focused on distribution of essential school supplies and nutritional support, directly easing the financial burdens on vulnerable families.
The integration of these strategies has yielded exceptional results, including a 95% term-to-term retention rate among our target demographic. By addressing academic, emotional, and material needs simultaneously, we are effectively preventing early dropouts and keeping girls focused on their long-term potential.
