For many girls and young people in rural communities, dropping out of school can bring isolation, shame, and a feeling that their dreams have ended. Our Peer Support and Youth Clubs are changing that story by creating safe spaces where young people can belong, speak openly, learn from one another, and rebuild their confidence.
Through structured peer groups, participants are encouraged to share their experiences, support one another, and set personal goals. Those who have faced early pregnancy, poverty, family pressure, or other barriers to education are reminded that dropping out does not mean giving up on their future.
The clubs create positive accountability. Young people encourage one another to attend skills training, remain engaged in our programs, pursue education opportunities, and make responsible decisions about their future. Peer mentors also help identify young people who may be struggling and connect them with appropriate guidance and support.
For donors, this investment goes beyond providing a service—it builds a community of young people who lift each other up. Instead of facing challenges alone, participants gain friendships, role models, confidence, and practical support to move forward.
Every youth club meeting is an opportunity to replace stigma with acceptance, isolation with belonging, and hopelessness with purpose.
Your support can help us expand these clubs to more rural communities, train peer mentors, provide learning materials, and create safe spaces where young people can discover that their past does not have to determine their future.
Together, we are not simply supporting young people—we are building a generation that believes in itself, supports one another, and has the courage to dream again.
