Kole Intellectual Forum: in reference to the demand of the growing population of N. Uganda, for laboratory services; that is, inadequate within the region; the organization intends to establish another medical laboratory services, that will help the medical personnel to diagnose diseases, monitor patient health, and track the effectiveness of treatment.
Although Government of Uganda has tried its best to provide medical Laboratory services across the all regions within its country; N. Uganda on the other hand, is still demanding for those services because what is available cannot tally with the existing growing population of the region; hence, the need for laboratory services still remains a crucial aspects of medical decision-making item that is expected to play an important role in developing and tailoring treatment program.
At this Kole Intellectual Forum Health Facility: the laboratory services that will be conducted will help the medical personnel to diagnose diseases, monitor patient health, and track the effectiveness of treatment; the Medical laboratory technologists on the hand other will also play a role in their research and development, to work hard to develop new tests and improve the accuracy and efficiency of existing tests.
The growing demand for the growing population of Northern Uganda for laboratory services to certain extent be minimized; while medical personnel will be able to diagnose diseases, monitor patient health, and track the effectiveness of treatment; researchers on the hand, be able to develop new tests and improve the accuracy and efficiency of existing tests.
