Purposes of exams to the students of KIFA
Schools for learning and training like Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA), they do conduct tests to evaluate their student’s comprehensive understanding of the material, improve their long-term knowledge retention, and prepare them for future academic and professional challenges. These kind of exams offer a way to assess students' ability to apply knowledge, help identify areas where both students and teachers may need to focus more effort, and develop crucial skills like time management, practical exploitation and critical thinking.
Generally speaking, exams help students to:
- Improve on their long-term memory: The process of studying for a final exam strengthens recall and helps students retain information for longer periods.
- Develop their essential skills: Finals require students to practice time management, study habits, and problem-solving under pressure, which are valuable skills for college and careers.
- Have an opportunity for improvement: A final exam can give students a chance to improve their overall grade for the semester if they had a poor performance on earlier assignments.
- Prepare them for future tests: The experience of taking high-stakes exams helps students prepare for the format and demands of college and professional tests.

By George Obua | Project Leader
A transformative approach to nonprofit growth
With a number of global challenges to nonprofit organizations across the globe; Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) is such an organization that is not in an isolation in regards to this case too. The organization is uttermost to report that: they are using a transformative approach to their nonprofit growth that involves a fundamental shift in how the organization should operate, but to focus on strategic, sustainable, and impactful change rather than incremental adjustments.
This includes embracing innovation, fostering strong community engagement, and prioritizing long-term capacity building for both the organization and its stakeholders.
Through the approach, Kole Intellectual Forum has made sure it developed a clear, compelling vision for their future progress and also developing strategic plans that align with their mission and values; by identifying key priorities, setting measurable goals, and developing actionable strategies

Exposing equal access to learning opportunities
By George Obua | Project Leader
For over years, with the donations being received from GlobalGiving; Kole Intellectual Forum has always been promoting an inclusive learning system of education that ensures all students, regardless of their background, abilities, or disabilities, have equal access to learning opportunities and are supported to participate fully in the educational environment. The system that they are promoting at their Institute of Home Economics emphasizes creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment where diversity is celebrated and all students feel valued and respected.
Of course, an inclusive learning that they promote aims at providing all the students with the same opportunities to learn, regardless of their individual needs or circumstances; while recognizing and valuing their unique strengths, challenges, and experiences at their learning centers and beyond.
