Reasons for all directors to check on the project progress
It is to the wish of Kole Intellectual Forum to ensure that: other directors should check on project progress to see that the alignment of the organization within its goals, making it easier to identify potential issues early, and facilitate effective resource allocation and decision-making, ultimately contributing to project success.
By ensuring that the project progress are being monitored by helps the projects remain aligned within its overall strategic objectives. This also helps to ensure that resources are being used effectively and that the project is contributing to the company's overall success.
Kole Intellectual Forum also found out that: regular progress checks allow directors to identify potential problems or roadblocks early on, before they escalate into major issues. This allows for timely intervention and corrective actions, minimizing potential delays or cost overruns.

With the need for Kole Intellectual Forum to build high level of professionalism in their Institute of Home of Economics; the institute has to advocate for "Corporate wares" that, refers to clothing, typically professional of business attire, that an employees can wear to signifying the quality of their organization to the public; hence, promoting a professional image of an organization.
Corporate wear encompasses any clothing an employee wears as part of their job, often with the intention of projecting a professional image and representing the company. Because, it is expected that: such wearing promotes an individual and the organization, making it stand out from the competition.

Yes, it is really true that: the statement "human beings are social animals" is a widely accepted and historically significant idea, rooted in the observation that humans naturally seek and thrive in social interactions and groups, as famously articulated by Aristotle; a concept that is deeply ingrained in philosophy and social sciences, with Aristotle's assertion "Man is by nature a social animal" being a cornerstone of this understanding.
From an evolutionary standpoint, humans have always lived in groups, which has shaped their behaviors, interactions, and survival strategies; a strategy that Kole Intellectual considers a fundamental human need, essential for their well-being and overall health; and, it should be cultivated and encouraged within its Institute of Home Economics and beyond; for a numerous benefits of humans’ development, including family relationships, friendships, community involvement, and participation in social groups and organizations
