Community appreciate donors through KIFA
It was from the words of one of the beneficiaries of Kole Intellectual Forum, of course with support of donors from the platform of GlobalGiving that she was given a bright new sewing machine and she organized a small sitting had this to say that: “Thank you for being an important part of my organization and helping me to create positive change in the world.” She requested project leader to deliver to the donors her words of thankfulness for the great things they have done to her life.
She noted that: after her graduation, she went and started her workshop and at the moment running at their nearby town Council and her work is going on very well.

Why do the staff of KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum) meet
At Kole Intellectual Forum, they ensure that, their staff meet so regularly on the basic of weekly and these have served them with various purposes, that included coordinating projects, sharing information, brainstorming strategies, providing feedback, and fostering a sense of team cohesion and mission alignment.
According to the Project Leader, he observed that this has been important because meetings provide to their platform a discuss that look at project timelines, challenges, and successes, ensuring everyone is on the same page and that projects are moving forward effectively.
Gives them the moment to observe their information sharing and knowledge exchange: in that, meetings facilitate the sharing of important information, updates, and best practices, ensuring that everyone is well-informed and can contribute effectively to the organization's mission.
It is also strategically give them a moment to plan and make decision. In the meetings too, they use it to brainstorm new ideas, develop strategies, and make important decisions related to the organization's goals and activities

Kole Intellectual Forum has designed within its course that gives training to their students learning that give them in life; that is, learning that focusses on enhancing young people's capabilities in areas such as communication, interpersonal and team-working skills, self-regulation, and so on. These type of training is those that are defined as life skills training; in other words, are the basic skills training that can indirectly help young people to improve their life skills.
