By George Obua | Project Leader
Creative thinking is a key component that Kole Intellectual Forum has put in place for the year 2025 to help them (their organization progress) in their creative project management, which is the process of organizing and overseeing projects that require artistic skills and innovative thinking. Creative project management is important in industries like advertising, design, and film, where creative output is paramount.
Creative thinking that Kole Intellectual Forum intends to use involves divergent thinking, which has four elements:
- Fluency: The smooth flow of emotion or substance that resonates with a unique symbol or norm
- Flexibility: A component of creative thinking
- Originality: A component of creative thinking
- Elaboration: A component of creative thinking
In that: the creative project management involves:
- Planning
- Execution
- Monitoring

Challenges Encounter By Nonprofit Organizations
By George Obua | Project Leader
Challenges encounter by nonprofit organizations
Like any other nonprofit organization that is faced with quiet a number of successes and challenges; Kole Intellectual Forum is that is also facing a number of challenges; specially, in the field of:
- Grant management and compliance. ...
That the organization has to commit some fund to produce several policies in terms meeting of the members of board, general meeting and hiring of experts in order to produce quality documents.
This another important task the organization is committed to. Designing programs that satisfy the real need of the beneficiaries and also planning for the activities of the organization are also tiresome
- Maintaining donor relations. ...
It is also not very easy to retain the donors for years in and out. Meaning you have to do what satisfy the donors; failing to do that is another challenge.
- Attracting and retaining key talent. ...
Being innovative and being closer to the government of Uganda is constituting to the efforts of the promoters of the organization despite the fact that they should work very hard to build the organizational image.
