The speech about their plan
Managing Director tells community about their plan to to develop the existing program and establish new ones.
The Managing Director of Kole Intellectual Forum who also happen to the Vice Chancellor of Kole Intellectual Forum’s Institute of Home Economics addressing the audience during the graduation ceremony at the Graduation Ground on the November 30, 2024. He elaborately, explained to the audience the value of their institute training, the value of their students to the community and the society, and the support they are getting from their lovely donors on the platform of GlobalGiving.
He further explained to the community how progressively they would continue with program of empowering a girl child within Kole district and beyond; he also told them about their new plan to be establishing a health facility within they area; live alone the need to be also establishing real families program by 2025.

Report on KIFA 2023 Report
Although, we, at Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA), may not be in position to explain all that happened in our financial year 2023 and getting prepare to be making the report for the financial year 2024; we feel it would sound appropriate to give you (our supporters) the highlights of what we have done with your donations through Kole Intellectual Forum 2023 Annual Report. In this, we have sighted, the general introduction, the director’s message to organizational stakeholders, programmes’ overviews: the outreaching program, community integration program, empowering a girl child for self-reliance – https://goto.gg/31562, engaging boys into girls’ project – under the project of block laying and concrete practice, and a plan underway to be Establishing a Health facility in Kole District at any time appropriate.
We are therefore, very grateful with our donors, beneficiaries, society we live and perform our activities at; including the organizers of the platform of GlobalGiving. We cannot really express ourselves in words, but deep inside our hearts, we are really overwhelmed with your support.

Using the students' performance: mobilization
Kole Intellectual forum has realized that: to develop its society according to their outmost interest, then they ounderstood that, they needed to engage them in Community engagement processes; which is a process that involves the active participation of community members to improve the quality of life for everyone within their society. And it is considered to be the key part of creating resilient within the communities where every member plays a vital role in shaping their environment.
The assume outcomes (community engagement) of these are that:
- They will create social capital in that, organizations and communities can make decisions to create social capital.
- Shape the future of a community, that: the approach can help them to shape and envision a community's future, which can lead to wider societal change and global impacts.
- Create or prevent change in local policies, that: community engagement can help create or prevent change in local policies and service provisions that that may not shot their interest; hence, these can improve the quality of life for community members.
Kole Intellectual Forum is using this approach with the community by,
- Defining the purpose and goals of the community
- Identifying the target groups among the community
- Conducting a community assessment
- Determining engagement methods
- Developing an action plan
- Implementing the plan
- Evaluating results; and,
- Fostering continuous improvement
