Exposure to the convent of nuns
What is the meaning exposure in terms real life?
Exposure to learners according to Kole Intellectual Forum refers to facing the life in reality however good or bad it is. In Kole Intellectual Forum, students are made to go deeper into both academic life as well as social life to discover how possible it is to make a success life or on the other hand how life can be challenging at one corner of life including health matters
It was due to this venture, that at one point or another hand, the team of the organization would choose one important area of social life and make the students to visit it, interact with the members of such areas and of course discover how they would at one time viably make a better advantage of such areas in their areas of social life.
As shown on the photos above, the students visited the convent of the catholic nuns to find out what would be of advantage to them at such areas of community life.

Research on Gender-sensitive and gender-specific indicators
Gender-sensitive and gender-specific indicators are key to measuring gender-related changes over time. They can be quantitative (e.g. numbers of women and men researchers), or qualitative (usually used to capture/assess people's experiences, opinions, attitudes, behaviors and feelings) about certain things.
Yearly, Kole Intellectual Forum takes a key note to determine its level of service delivery from the community by finding out more from them. This has helped the organization in decision making; particularly on Sex-disaggregated data; that is referred to by collecting data and breaking it down separately for women and men. Gender statistics is then developed by taking into account wider gender inequalities and gender bias in data collection methods and tools
Meanwhile at the same time, Gender analysis would also be giving information on the different roles of women and men at different levels in policies, programmes and projects; their respective access to and control over resources, and the material and non-material benefits of society; and their gender-specific needs, priorities and responsibilities

The mother, child and grandmother at the hospital
After helping a mother that got stuck on the road side near the office of Kole Intellectual Forum and she was rushed to the nearby health facility using a service van of the Institute that is also expected to serve the health facility of the organization that is planned by the organizational program designers that they always do it so with the help of the community; a new born child was delivered at the hospital by the said mother.
in Africa, cildren are always named in memory of the great great grandfather or mother; and if you are not a responsible grandfather or mother; the mothers of the children would not accept their children to be named by your names. Another important point to note in Africa is that: you can as well name your child in memory of your friend or it can also be named according to the event; or you can also name according to somebody who help you to make the delivery of the child possible; this can be the doctor, nurse, or traditional birth attendant. For this case, the name of the Director - Kole Intellectual Forum was pronounced becase of the great work he did to save the lives of both the monther and the child.
