In an actual sense, patriotism is one of the subjects taught at Kole Intellectual Forum’s Institute of Home Economics to display an action that expresses deep love, loyalty, and pride for the students to their nation - Uganda through dancing, with the national flag as a central visual symbol. This act is a powerful and celebratory display of national identity and unity.
By so doing that: it makes the students to display their sense of:

Students' Health Modify Through Physical Exercises
Although beneficiaries of Kole Intellectual Forum get support from the great donors, particularly, from those on the platform of GlobalGiving; we cannot deny the fact that, from this support part of them are going to address health related issues of the students and the staff; however to mitigate this, to certain extent, the cost of these health related issues at Kole Intellectual Forum are being addressed by putting students into aerobic activities like running or cycling, and strengthening weightlifting, while at the same, encouraging breaks from sitting and creating opportunities for social engagement through group activities.
From these activities, the following under listed results are being realized:
The level of students falling sick has been reduced: Regular activity has helped preventing chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and obesity.
Their body system have been strengthened body: as has been noticed that: physical exercises strengthen the heart and lungs, build muscle and bone strength, and improve flexibility; it has been the case at Kole Intellectual Forum.
On the other hand, students’ weight has equally been managed through physical exercises: It has helped them to maintain a healthy body weight and metabolism; including, reducing stress and anxiety, releasing endorphins, which are known to acting on natural mood elevators and stress relievers.

Organizational Policy That Directs all Directors
It is to the policy of Kole Intellectual Forum that: all the directors must regularly check on their organization with the interest to fulfill their legal, ethical, and fiduciary duties and ensure the organizational long-term success and sustainability. Key reasons to these include:
- Monitoring Progress: Directors track the organizational financial and operational performance against set objectives and the strategic plan.
- Guiding Strategy: They provide guidance, fresh perspectives, and approval on the organizational long-term vision and strategy, adjusting direction when necessary.
- Evaluating Management: A key duty is to supervise and assess the performance of the executive management team (including hiring/firing the CEO) to ensure they are acting in the best interests of the organization and its shareholders.
- Identifying and Mitigating Risks: Directors are responsible for overseeing the organizational risk management framework, identifying potential threats (financial, operational, compliance), and ensuring robust controls are in place to safeguard assets and reputation.
- Ensuring Legal and Regulatory Compliance: They ensure the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements (e.g., tax law, occupational health and safety, data protection), thereby avoiding legal issues, penalties, and reputational damage.
- Promoting Ethical Conduct: The board sets the "tone at the top," fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and ethical business practices throughout the organization.
- Fulfilling Fiduciary Duties: Directors have a legal obligation to act in good faith and in the best interests of the company and its members as a whole.
- Accountability to Shareholders: They represent the interests of shareholders and must ensure transparency by regularly reviewing and approving financial statements and disclosing relevant information, which builds investor confidence; and
- Avoiding Conflicts of Interest: Regular oversight helps identify and manage potential conflicts of interest among directors and management, ensuring decisions are made solely for the benefit of organization.
