KIFA is to make a real change through agriculture
Kole Intellectual Forum in partnerships with other nonprofit organization is trying its best to see that: they create a real change in the community through agriculture by focusing on empowering local farmers, particularly the parents of their students, their institute students and KIFA mothers those are being trained under the project of:
Promoting Real Healthy Families: Home Economics.
The organization through its Institute of Home Economics, intends to equip them with knowledge and education and resources that can help them to promote agricultural sustainable practices like crop diversification and conservation, as well as connecting them to new opportunities through market access and youth engagement. These actions is assumed to have brought about an improved food security, boost local economies, build resilience to climate change, and foster a sense of community ownership.

Committing parents: Improves on students' learning
Over years of training students to get the best of it all: Kole Intellectual Forum has tried to ensure they commit the parents into their children's learning because this type of approach has helped them to improve on their performance, better their behavior, and build more positive attitude towards learning.
Above all, parental involvement has provided for the students a vital emotional support, reinforce them with what is taught in school, and has also helped them to develop confidence in social skills.
For over time, this type of committing parents to general over view of their children learning, has helped the institute to build a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning among the students, parents and school administrators.

Advocating: social Rights & traditional marriages
By George Obua | Project Leader
Advocating: social Rights & traditional marriages
Given the level of its community baseness and its campaign to promote societies' fairness and well beings through their training of Home Economics at their Institute of Home Economics; Kole Intellectual Forum, on the other hand advocating for social rights and traditional marriage involves supporting the right to cultural practices while ensuring the members of the society do not infringe upon individual human rights, such as the right to choose a partner, legal protections, and gender equality.
In this advocacy, they are training members of the society to process customary marriages that can provide to them legal benefits, or avoiding traditional practices that are harmful to the society, like child marriage or marital rape. Over time, in the existence of the organization, this balanced approach being promoted by Kole Intellectual Forum, is at the moment, preserving cultural values alongside the advancement of social and individual rights of their members within the society.
