According to resource mobilization theory, read and understood by Kole Intellectual Forum, the organization has found out that: the resource mobilization can be based on the issue of social movements that are involved in obtaining access to such resources. The five categories of resources learned are: material, human, social-organizational, cultural, and moral.
In human resource particularly, Kole Intellectual Forum has its believe in having an active community participation in project planning and implementation which is expected to improve on project design through the use of local knowledge; by increasing project acceptability; producing a more equitable distribution of benefits; promoting local resource mobilization; as well as helping in ensuring project sustainability.
A concept that was built and now being put in place by Kole Intellectual Forum to establish a health facility in Kole District; human resource is what the organization is working on very well to build; so that, they can mobilize other resources.
