Through Aerobic exercise and Resistance exercise in practice, students of Kole Intellectual Forum - Institute of Knowledge are basically improving on their physical function; whereby practicing Aerobic exercise, the exercise is helping them t build up your physical endurance so you can do everyday activities without getting tired as quickly; while on the other hand,Resistance exercise is also helping them to build muscle mass and muscle strength and this has made them to some of the everyday activities easier than before.
We at the Institute of knowledge, have also learnt that: those a number of health benefits that we want our students to benefit from but also that: the lesson learnt from it will help to roll it down in our proposed health facility
