Research on how best we can improve on our health through food and nutrition
Having learnt that: eating a balance diet food with good nutrition can help in reducing one’s life to the risk of being subjected to a number of diseases; as usual, Kole Intellectual who is a research based organization and that is planning to establish a health facility in Kole District, come the calendar year of 2025; the team of the organization is conducting a research to find out how best they can educated their community healthy wise on the selection of food and nutrition.
Given that: there eight tips for healthy eating that include, on eating higher fibred starchy carbohydrates, eating a lots of fruit and vegetable, eating more fish, including a portion of oily fish, cutting down on eating of saturated fat and sugar, eating of less salt: not more than 6g a day for adults, getting active and be able to control your weight, avoid getting thirsty, and also avoid skipping breakfast among others.
Kole District Veterinary Officer was approached and consulted on the best way the he could advise the team of Kole Intellectual Forum to educate the community to stay healthy by advising to balance their food staff and nutrition.
