Partnership meetings for effective planning
Other than with GlobalGiving, Kole Intellectual Forum also has an opportunity to interact with other nonprofit organizations in the partnership meetings; for instance, the photo above is one among others, that: the organization was into the partnership meeting organized by UWEZO Uganda to discuss ways forward to develop a collaborative research work. And this was found out by the members that, it can be a valuable tool for them to build and maintain relationships with collaborators and it could help them to have:
A goal alignment; strategize on problem solving; sharing best practices; celebrating successes; develop good approach in decision-making; while at the same time lining up offerings for their common causes and all these approaches were expected by the members to have come out clearly it at all they can be having frequent effective partnership meetings that will help them to a careful planning, preparation, and execution.
