In the field that was done in the month of September, 2024 by Kole Intellectual Forum in one of the nearby health center and they established that, the very basic requirements that many be needed for health facilities may include the followings:
These standards ensure that health care services are high quality, especially in the private sector. The standards manual includes minimum standards for facilities to provide basic services, as well as quality standards for governance, leadership, and management.
Better facility management is associated with essential drug availability and patient experience. In that study, we found out that hospitals and health center IVs have higher management scores than lower level facilities, and that privately managed facilities perform better than public health facilities.
In that Health system, our research included area such as, epidemiology, demography, statistics, social and behavioral sciences, health economics, policy and management sciences, and some aspects of clinical sciences.
To some extent also, we established that: Some building blocks of health systems include service delivery, health workforce, health information systems, financing, leadership, and governance.
