One of the students of Kole Intellectual Forum, was recorded to have said that: "the outcome of the learning is a pride" suggesting that, achieving a sense of accomplishment and positive self-regard is a desirable outcome of the learning that shows out that there is progress in whatever you are doing.
Is it realistic to pronounce pride a subject of learning? Yes, she noted with concern that:
Pride as a Positive Outcome:
Is an emotion, can be a powerful motivator and a sign of successful learning and self-improvement.
And also that: Learning and Self-Efficacy:
That, experiencing pride in one's learning can boost self-efficacy, which is the belief in one's ability to succeed.
Motivation and Continued Effort:
A sense of pride can encourage learners to continue their efforts and pursue further learning opportunities.
Self-Regulation:
Pride can be associated with greater self-regulation, as learners who feel proud of their accomplishments are more likely to take ownership of their learning and make adjustments as needed.
Metacognition:
Pride can be linked to the use of metacognitive techniques, organization, expansion, and critical thinking, all of which are important for effective learning.
Positive Self-Assessment:
Learners who experience positive self-assessment, which is closely related to pride, are more likely to engage in self-regulated learning practices.
