Real Healthy Project: A theory of change
Kole Intellectual Forum has developed is using theory of change with a well-structured framework that explains how and why a program, project, or their intervention at the young families level is expected to achieve its desired outcomes; based on an essential roadmap that outlines the steps, activities, and underlying assumptions that connect inputs to long-term impacts. By clarifying these causal pathways, a theory of change is expected to help them in planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The concept was developed on the basis of a theory of change that typically started by defining the desired long-term outcomes those are expected to direct the beneficiaries to having a real healthy families which are economically viable and they would be able to meet the basic families’ matters and then of course the idea is being handled backward by identifying the necessary preconditions and activities.
The organization at the moment mapping it out through causal pathways, showing how each step is expected to contribute to the next and ultimately to the desired impact
