Although school exchange visits at the international level is meant to broaden students' horizons, develop independence, and foster global understanding by experiencing different cultures, improving language skills through real-world practice, and forming international friendships, while also allowing educators to share best practices, providing unique, firsthand learning beyond textbooks, transforming students into global citizens with deeper self-awareness and appreciation for diversity. The approach is classic and very appreciative in human life according to Kole Intellectual Forum.
Whereas at the local level the Kole Intellectual Forum is trying to implement this; through interschool exchange visits among the students and from their Institution to the other; by doing this, the students tend to get experience in new traditions, foods, and daily life, breaking down ethnocentric views; while developing their adaptability, empathy, independence, and problem-solving skills; as well as understanding different worldviews and how societies functions.
