Thank you for your gift to feed hungry school children in India. In the past three months, 200 children from three different schools recieved an education and a free mid-day meal every day.
Raju is one of the children who benefited from your gift. He is an orphan from a small village and lives with his grandfather. Raju's grandfather couldn't afford to provide food for the both of them every day. He wanted Raju to go to school but told the teachers that he couldn’t send him because he barely had enough money to support their basic needs.
However because of you, Raju is now getting a healthy meal every day and receiving an education. When teachers told Raju and his grandfather that the school would provide a free lunch, Raju was excited about getting the chance to learn and eating a good meal every day.
