Welcome to the quarterly report of Food 4 Kids in Need Int'l Day of Giving in Nigeria (Project ID: 54326). As we navigate the challenges of food insecurity in Nigeria, we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing nutritious meals to children in need. This report outlines our goals, achievements, prospects for the future, and financial overview of our initiatives during the past quarter. Despite the hurdles we faced, we are grateful for the support of our donors and partners who have enabled us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children. Join us as we reflect on our progress and reaffirm our dedication to creating a brighter, food-secure future for Nigeria's youth.

Goals:
Our primary goal for the quarter was to continue providing nutritious meals to children in need across Nigeria, focusing on areas with high rates of food insecurity. We aimed to reach a larger number of beneficiaries and enhance our impact on alleviating hunger among vulnerable populations.

Prospects for 2024:
In 2024, we aspire to expand our reach and deepen our impact by implementing innovative strategies to address food insecurity challenges in Nigeria. We plan to collaborate with local communities, governmental organizations, and other stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions that ensure children have access to adequate nutrition, education, and opportunities for growth.

Funding Received:
- $250 from Samony Entrepreneurial Ventures LTD, a social enterprise of the Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian Foundation
- $150 as part of the $1000 grants from Lightful BRIDGE.

Allocation of Funds:
1. Food Procurement: $200

2. Logistics and Distribution: $100

3. Community Engagement and Awareness: $50

4. Administrative Expenses: $50

Total Spending: $400

Challenges Faced:
Despite our dedicated efforts, we encountered several challenges during this quarter. Accessing remote communities posed logistical difficulties, hindering our ability to reach all targeted beneficiaries efficiently. Additionally, engaging caregivers and community members effectively proved challenging, highlighting the need for improved communication and outreach strategies in underserved areas.

Ensuring the sustainability of our initiatives is paramount to our long-term success. We are committed to expanding partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to strengthen our impact and reach. I am thrilled to share with you the profound impact we have achieved during the recent Food 4 Kids Int'l Day of Giving in Nigeria, orchestrated by the Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian Foundation (SOHF). Through your generous support and the instrumental role of Samony Entrepreneurial Ventures LTD, operating under the guiding force of SOHF's Impact Nexus, we successfully provided nutritional assistance to an astounding 10,000 children in need.

Financial Overview:

Income:
- Proceeds from the social enterprise= $350

- In-kind support (clothing materials)= $3025

Total Income: $3375

Expenditures:
- Feeding of children = $210

- Clothing materials (In-kind support)= $3025

- Data/Social media= $30

- Appreciation to volunteers= $100

Total Expenditures: $3355

Balance: $20

This financial breakdown includes the significant contribution of in-kind support through clothing materials. Your support has not only provided nourishment but has also offered warmth and comfort to the children in need.

Future Prospects:

As we celebrate the success of this initiative, we are setting our sights on the future. Plans are underway for the expansion of our social enterprise, Samony Entrepreneurial Ventures LTD, with a vision for broader and more sustainable impacts. This expansion aligns with our overarching goal of creating a lasting positive change in the communities we serve.

Goals for Food 4 Kids Int'l Day of Giving in Nigeria:

1. Reach: Expand our reach to support an even larger number of children, aiming to double our impact in the coming year.

Beloved one, as a follow up on the last report of your humanitarian assistance to our foundation. We are always happy to share the good news! We are excited to announce that, as part of our GlobalGiving projects, which aims to provide FOOD 4 KIDS IN NEED INT'L DAY OF GIVING IN NIGERIA (5432 we have made success in providing food to kids.

We are making plans for this year's world's children's day celebration coming up on the 20th of November, 2023. We cannot thank you enough for all your support to us. We know you have a lot of choices when it comes to donating, and we are so grateful that you chose to donate to our cause. We promise to be responsible stewards of both your donation and your trust. We have a lot of work to do, and your generous donation helps us get that important work done.

None of our success would be possible without generous donors like you. Thank you again for your commitment and kindness. Contributions like yours are continuing to make a difference in our projects. They are supporting Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian Foundation's response efforts and delivering crucial help and hope to people in need amid hostilities, constant stress, and difficult conditions away from home.

We have constituted a body to plan for the celebration in a Grand style. Besides, we haven't carried out major humanitarian Services to children. Fee in-kind donations we received from anonymous donors we were able to reach out to some children in the street. We couldn't do much due to cost of living is of high prices. We were able to reach out to the little few we can afford with our limited resources.

We are pleased to announce to you the forthcoming Little by little GlobalGiving fundraising campaign, we use this opportunity to invite you to share with you in this forthcoming globalgiving fundraising campaign on the 18th-22nd of September. therefore urge you to share our project with your network of family and friends to impact the lives of these vulnerable children
