Every Gift Helps - Thank you for your continued support!
Along with April showers, the children of Quang Tri Province are excited to attend kindergarten. These ethnic minority children look to PeaceTrees Vietnam’s kindergartens to provide nutritious meals and a safe place to play. These are spaces for growth and learning, and we thank you for your continued support!
Explosive remnants of war threaten the safety of children, and continue to affect families' economic opportunities. As a result, children are often malnourished and undereducated, especially those in ethnic minority communities in remote areas of central Vietnam. PeaceTrees’ kindergartens teach children Vietnamese, so those kids ages 3 to 5 are able to succeed in primary school. Every kindergarten also provides meals so the children can build strong bones and healthy habits.
So far, your donations have helped to provide 114 children with the opportunity to attend school. These scholarships and your continued support have allowed us to help the children in Quang Tri, and for that we are deeply grateful. We are so close to reaching our goal of raising $15,000 in scholarship funds; please join us in making that goal a reality!
In Gratitude,
The PeaceTrees Vietnam Team
