Benue State is home to over 500,000 internally displaced persons (IDPs), forced to flee their homes amid violent conflicts between farmers and herders. These vulnerable families—especially women and children—now live in overcrowded camps where hunger, malnutrition, and disease threaten their survival daily. According to the United Nations, over 35 million Nigerians face acute hunger, with millions of children at risk of severe malnutrition.
GoGreen has been stepping in to provide vital support in Makurdi’s IDP camps, delivering food, clothing, and essential supplies. But the need is overwhelming. Every donation helps provide monthly food assistance to thousands, nutrition services for children, and critical hygiene and dignity kits for women and girls. Your support not only saves lives today but paves the way for recovery and self-reliance for these families.
Join us in restoring hope and dignity to displaced communities in Benue. Together, we can reduce hunger, prevent disease, and protect the most vulnerable from further harm. Your generosity can change the future for thousands of children and families who have lost everything.
