Benue State is at the centre of one of Nigeria’s worst humanitarian crises. According to the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), repeated outbreaks of violence have devastated communities, forcing families to flee with only the clothes they are wearing. In the camps, scarcity is the norm. The majority of internally displaced households report skipping meals and reducing food portions because of acute shortages.
This is not just a problem for today—it threatens the future of an entire generation. Without swift intervention, children will suffer lifelong consequences from malnutrition and psychological trauma. Parents, who once provided for their families, are now dependent on humanitarian aid for survival.
Our project is an urgent response to this crisis. We are delivering life-saving food and essential supplies directly to families in need, breaking the cycle of hunger and despair. Your support makes these efforts work possible. Every gift—no matter the size—means a child goes to bed with a full stomach and a parent can face tomorrow with renewed hope.
This is a pivotal moment. By partnering with us, you can help transform lives and offer real hope to Benue’s displaced families when they need it most.
