This past quarter has been full of both challenges and opportunities as we’ve continued bringing hope and practical help to families in northern Thailand.
Supporting Vulnerable Families
Every month, our team visits around 25 families who are living in poverty, facing disability, or are elderly and shut-in. Many of these households cannot provide for themselves or access basic necessities. We deliver food staples and adult diapers, along with other needed items.
One story we want to share is of a grandmother who is caring for her young granddaughter. With your support, we were able to bring food for the grandmother, diapers, milk, and snacks for the little one. We also brought bubbles and toys to brighten her day. These small acts of care make a big difference for families who often feel forgotten.
Flood Relief in San Pa Tong
In May 2025, heavy rains caused the river in San Pa Tong to overflow its banks twice, bringing torrential flooding. With the help of a visiting team from America, we distributed food to 80 families in need. The care packages included rice, Mama noodles, canned fish, cooking oil, fish sauce, eggs, snacks, and toiletries. This immediate support provided stability for families who lost so much in the floods.
Other Activities
Beyond our monthly visits and emergency relief, we’ve been blessed to partner with other organizations in Chiang Mai to extend our impact:
After-school soccer program – Provided food and snacks for 80 children.
Support for a local school – Delivered snacks and supplemental food for students in a very poor community, as well as partnered with a dental clinic so every child received fluoride treatment, a dental checkup, and follow-up care.
Support for single mothers & youth – Offered monthly food support to two single moms (each raising four children) while they learn life and financial skills, and also helped a young man who was kicked out of his home at 15 but is working hard to complete high school and university.
Thank you for making all of this possible. Your generosity is feeding families, restoring dignity, and giving children and vulnerable people in Thailand the chance for a brighter future.
