Dear HOPE Supporter,
Thank you very much for your generous support to our project: Feed 150 Hospital patients in Bangladesh! Due to your incredible donations, HOPE has utilized your support for admitted patients that could not afford meals otherwise. Moreover, HOPE is hosting a burn repair camp, to be implemented by Resurge International, a USA based charitable organization focused on treating burn injuries. During this camp, whereby we hope to provide surgery to women and children who have been victims of burn accidents, HOPE will use the suport we have garnered for this project to feed these patients! Currently one third of all global deaths resulting from severe burns occurs in South Asia, and due to the use of open fires for cooking and lighting in impoverished regions of Bangladesh, we have a lot of work ahead of us to begin providing burn care. This camp will help those women and children who have been disabled by their untreated burns through plastic surgery to restore function and movement to destroyed body parts and help them return to work or school! This is a huge project that will begin to meet such a high need and your donations are helping us to do this.
