We all live in a new reality.
Russia's full-scale attack on Ukraine on February 24, 2022, has made us even more determined, united, brave and fearless. But at the same time, it has made the already difficult life of the elderly much worse.
The lonely grandparents served in the centers (living in their homes but without family support) are forced to choose every month whether to spend their meager pension on medicine or food. Many of them have had their homes destroyed, but they stay in them and refuse to move to a nursing home.
The situation is difficult. But we can influence it and help as much as we can. That is why we have started collecting targeted aid and invite you to join in!
These funds will be used to purchase
- food (cereals, oil, sugar and salt, pasta, canned meat, canned peas and corn, dairy products, sweets, etc.)
- hygiene products (diapers, shampoos, shower gels, detergents, body creams, etc.)
- household chemicals;
- transportation of volunteers/assistance to the wards.
Elderly people really need your support!
