In our rural Romanian community, abandoned and neglected animals have nowhere else to go. We currently care for over 70 dogs, 10 cats, a pony, and a goat, all fully dependent on us for daily food and medical care. Many arrive malnourished, injured, or suffering from untreated conditions. This project ensures consistent nutrition, veterinary treatment, and preventive care so rescued animals can recover and live with dignity. Your support keeps bowls full and provides lifesaving treatment.
Animal abandonment is a serious issue in our rural area. Limited access to veterinary services, poverty, and lack of sterilization contribute to a constant cycle of neglect and unwanted litters. Rescued animals often arrive: Severely underweight Injured or ill Unvaccinated Without prior medical care Without consistent funding, food supplies and urgent treatments are at risk.
This project provides: Daily food for 80+ rescued animals Veterinary consultations and emergency treatments Vaccinations and preventive care Medication and recovery support Ongoing rehabilitation and socialization With stable funding, we can ensure consistent care and improve adoption outcomes.
With consistent support: Animals recover and become adoptable Emergency suffering is reduced Community awareness increases The cycle of neglect is gradually broken Every full bowl and every treatment is a step toward dignity and stability.
