We provide high quality football education that takes a holistic approach; developing athletes to accomplish their dream of playing at the highest level on the field, while stressing the importance of life skills, college-preparatory, academics, and character development off the field
Despite considerable educational progress, school dropout rate among children with football talent in rural Ghana is very high. Some children will never enter school, the majority who do will drop out. Those who make it through basic education graduate lacking basic skills, making it impossible to pursue a higher education. Lack of community, school and parental support needed by these children expose them to depression, low self-esteem and stress; living them with no choice than to drop out.
The ongoing Academy building project will provide a Primary and Junior High School education that allow children to receive the highest quality training in the classroom and on the field. Students who couldn't complete their basic education, and those that are at the edge of dropping out will be admitted to the Academy. Those that couldn't complete their Senior High School and those that are still in Senior High School will join the academic activities of our partner educational Senior High Sch.
We aim to end school dropouts among marginalized young footballers in Ghana, while developing high-performance athletes, capable of building successful careers as professionals, accomplishing their dream of playing at the highest level. Our graduates will become influential role models filled with moral force of character and spirit of truth, devotion to duty, sympathy for and protection of the weak. They will use their profile as players to inspire, create and lead positive change in the world.
