Dear Friends,
Thank you for being part of our big Dacha family! Your generosity creates a place where children facing long and difficult treatments can find comfort, friendship, and strength.
One of these children is Angelina. She has been receiving treatment in Kyiv after being diagnosed with bone cancer in her leg. Two surgeries are already behind her, and she’s now undergoing chemotherapy.
For Angelina and her mom, Dacha has been more than just a place to stay, it has been a second home. Here, they found a community of families who understand their journey, share their worries, and celebrate every small victory together. At Dacha, Angelina made friends who brighten her days and found the encouragement she needs to keep going. Step by step, she faces each challenge with incredible courage, never giving up.
To regain strength in her leg, Angelina trains with a physical therapist in Dacha’s rehabilitation room. She never skips a session, approaches every exercise with determination, and even finds joy in the process. "It’s not just helpful, it’s fun!" she says.
Angelina is kind, bright, and full of dreams. One day, she hopes to become a pediatrician and to help children just like her. And with your support, we believe she will. Thank you!
P.S. Donate now to help more children like Angelina through GlobalGiving’s Together for Ukraine matching campaign!
