Breaking Chains: Freedom for Brick Kiln Families

Breaking Chains: Freedom for Brick Kiln Families

Dear Supporter,

Because of your generosity, families once bound by generational slavery are stepping into freedom and dignity. Together, we are breaking chains that have held them captive for decades.

A Story of Transformation

Shama and her husband, both brick kiln workers, had inherited a debt they could never repay. Every sunrise meant endless hours of back-breaking labor, while their three young children stacked bricks beside them instead of holding books. The family lived with no hope of escape, believing slavery was their only destiny.

But your support changed everything. With funds raised through this project, we were able to clear their debt and secure their release. Today, Shama’s children are enrolled in school for the very first time. She has also begun tailoring training, giving her the chance to build an income and stand independently. With tears in her eyes, she told us:
“I thought my children would live and die in the kilns like me. Now, I see their future full of light and opportunity.”

What You Made Possible

So far, with $1,270 raised toward our $50,000 goal, you have already freed two families from slavery. Your gifts provide:

  • Debt relief that sets families free immediately.
  • Food, medicine, and shelter to help them rebuild.
  • Education for children so the cycle of slavery is broken forever.
  • Skills training & small business support to ensure long-term independence.

The Long-Term Impact

Every family freed is a victory against generational bondage. As more families gain education and sustainable livelihoods, entire communities rise out of poverty and despair. Your support is not only restoring hope—it is rewriting the future.

Thank You

This journey of freedom is only possible because of you. Together, we can ensure that no child grows up in bondage, no parent suffers in silence, and no family is denied dignity. Thank you for being the reason hope lives again.

With deep gratitude,
The Moses Welfare Foundation Team
