Respected Donors,
Seasons Greeting...!
It gives me immense pleasure to inform that Customs Health Care Society (CHCS) under this project has started building one room bricked walled houses for the poor people of Thar who usually live in huts made of mud and dry grass. This project is getting a good response from the donors and it is expected that more donors will come out with their support during the year 2022 in order to enable us to construct more houses for the poor people of Thar.
Tharparkar is one of the remotest and poor area of Thar and a large part of it consists of desert with no barren lands. CHCS with the collaboration of GlobalGiving Foundation is already digging wells for the drought hit population of Thar which are providing safe drinking water to thousands of animals and humans of Thar.
"From Mud Hut to Home" project is progressing slowly. However, the homes are being made and handed over to the families of poor people of Thar who are happily living in these bricked walled houses.
The donors across the globe are requested to donate generously for the cause so that more houses can be built and handed over to poor living across the whole Tharparkar at a much better pace.
Regards:
Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah
