Floods have left countless families in Gizri and nearby areas without shelter, forcing them to live in temporary and unsafe conditions. Homes were destroyed, livelihoods disrupted, and entire communities were left struggling to rebuild their lives after the disaster.
In response to this urgent need, Customs Health Care Society (CHCS) has been actively working to provide safe and permanent housing for flood-affected families. Through the construction of durable homes, CHCS is helping families move out of tents and unstable shelters into secure living spaces where they can rebuild their lives with dignity.
These newly constructed homes are not just structures—they represent safety, stability, and hope for a better future. Families now have protection from harsh weather conditions and a place they can truly call their own. This initiative has already transformed the lives of many deserving families, allowing them to regain a sense of normalcy and security.
Despite these efforts, many families are still in need of proper housing. CHCS remains committed to continuing this mission and expanding its reach to ensure that more flood-affected families receive safe shelter and a chance to rebuild their lives.
With sincere gratitude,
Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah
