On September 3rd, we held a graduation ceremony at Kimbilio to celebrate eight mothers of former street children who successfully completed their sewing training! Each mother received an official certificate along with her own sewing machine and starter kit, giving them the tools to start their own tailoring businesses and support their families.
Building on this success, two new training sessions have already begun! These newly enrolled mothers are now learning practical tailoring, pattern cutting, and basic business management. By helping mothers earn a reliable income, we strengthen families and prevent children from having to return to street life.
Providing sewing machines, fabrics, and starter kits requires continuous backing. Your ongoing support directly funds these training cohorts and equips mothers with the means to build a secure, independent future for their children. Thank you!
