At least 60,000 people in Ukraine need limb prosthetics and rehabilitation, with an expected increase of 10,000 amputees each year as the war continues. Most patients are young (average age of Superhumans patients is 35) and have decades of active life ahead. Without prosthetics, they rely on caregivers and social payments; and both they and their families are unable to return to work.
Superhumans War Trauma Center is Ukraine's leading center for prosthetics, rehabilitation, and reconstructive surgery for veterans and civilians of all ages. We have provided 3500+ prostheses to 2500+ patients. In 2025, we launched Superhumans Dnipro, and this summer Superhumans Odesa began operating. Our comprehensive care includes physical and occupational therapy, hydrotherapy, psychological support, and reintegration programs.
